BACK & BICEP DAY 💪
Neutral Grip Pull-ups: 6 sets of 6-8 reps
Single Arm Cable Rows: 4 sets of 15 rep each side
3 Set Superset: 20 Cable Lat Pullovers and 20 Cable Face Pulls
Regular & Reverse Cable Curls: 4 sets of 15 reps each
