The Workout

  • Speed Bench Press: 9 sets of 3 reps
  • Lower Trap/Rhomboid Shrug: 9 sets of 20 reps
  • Weighted Pull-Ups (3 chains): 9 sets of 8 reps
  • Chaos Push-Ups: 9 sets of 10 reps
  • Kettlebell One-Arm Incline Bench Press: 5 reps per arm
  • Cable Rows: 9 sets of 20 reps
