Below are some of my favorite dynamic (before workout!) stretches I have been adding in to get me ready for the compound lifts.
1. Seated Good Mornings
- Elevate the feet to get am even deeper range of motion
2. Modified Pigeon
- An incline bench will allow you to scale this for any level!
3. Windshield Wipers
- Rock from side to side and pause on the ground to get more of a stretch!
