Ingredients

✅ 10 eggs (egg whites if you want more protein)

✅ 2-3 cups of broccoli 

✅ 1 1/2 cups of cheese

✅ Salt, pepper, garlic powder

✅ Add in some egg whites as needed

 

Directions

✅ Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl

✅ Toss in the broccoli and cheese with the eggs

✅ Pour the mixture into a square pan

✅ Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
