- 30g or 1 scoop of vanilla protein isolate
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 whole egg
- 1/3 cup of Fairlife milk (or your choice of milk)
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions:
